Unlike many pilots, I didn’t grow up dreaming of flying. In fact, I was a little scared of it. That all changed in 2020 when I took my first flight and instantly became hooked. There’s simply nothing like the feeling of taking control of an aircraft yourself.

I hold ratings to fly jets, but my greatest passion is teaching. There’s no better moment than watching a student complete their first landing—the excitement and pride in that achievement is truly unmatched.

I founded this flight school because I wanted to create a place that is both affordable and personal. Here, students aren’t just numbers on a roster; they’re real people chasing the incredible gift of flight. I believe anyone can learn to fly, regardless of age or background. All it takes is a genuine willingness to learn, the ability to think ahead, and the courage to step outside your comfort zone.

I look forward to helping you discover the joy of flying.

I discovered aviation at 17 while running cross country and track on scholarship at Bethel University. I chased my private pilot license while finishing my Business degree, then moved to Phoenix and knocked out my Instrument, Commercial, and CFI ratings pretty quick. I love combining my passion for flying with teaching—watching students succeed is one of the best feelings. I give thanks to God for the journey and try to pass on the encouragement my own instructors gave me. When I’m not flying or instructing, you can find me running, at church, or staying active outdoors.

My dream has always been to fly airplanes. My senior year of high school I helped teach a Kindergarten class and found a passion for teaching. I’ve gotten to combine both of those things into one and get to teach people to fly which I look forward to every day. It’s one of the most rewarding feelings for me when a student succeeds. I give all thanks to God for getting me where I’m at in life. I am truly blessed. When I’m not flying, you can catch me on the golf course, at church, running, hunting, fishing, or playing pickleball.
